Dream on, Maury. I hardly ever see him and I always behave in So Cal. It's you Vintage guys (and thee pre-vint) that make me naughty!

Welcome rworne to this group and to being vintage.

I'm going to resist any comments on the color of your S.

I have a couple of questons for this crowd.

How come rworne wasn't allowed in as a pre-vint?

And when did our most popular pre-vint turn into a god? "Thee" pre-vint!

I'm guessing there must have been a "badge request" before he turned 40. One must be 40 to get the coveted Vintage Badge.

Pre-vints have always been allowed/encouraged to post, as far as I know.

As far as our "known and delightful" prevint, he's no god to me yet. I got cookies, no fashion accessories, such as Val's nice purse. I still like him though.

Welcome, Robert (and +1 Izumi)! How does it feel now, being forty? There are definitely perks --- like Sk2i Vintage. Look forward to your posts. If you don't watch it, Kyras will have you flying across the mountains to Vintage meets in the East!

I keep trying. The closest I got so far was Casterdog for the Lake George meet. He still might make one yet.

Maybe we know too much about you At least you have a "fart-friendly" car (as long as the top is down)

Welcome to Vintage, and it's nice to have another Californian aboard.

Don't worry about the mid-life crisis thing. Anytime we men do something fun (like get an S2000, etc.), we are blamed for having a mid-life crisis. It's just a female-driven conspiracy to try and make us feel guilty for doing something nice for ourselves. I've taken a lot of this "abuse" since I'm on my second, RED S2000! However, I just tell them that I'm VETEC-ing, and lovin' it!!

Hope to see you at some meets.

Actually, I refused to fart in the car for quite a while. My wife did the honors on her first ride in the car.

Good thing she does not frequent these forums.
