Default Vyktor Back Home

to all. Arrived back home on Saturday (19 Aug) afternoon. Wanted to say that it was a great time in Mystic. I ended up driving I-95 to the Canadian border, then drving across ME, NH, VT, some in NY eventually connecting with I-81, stopped at Monticello and on to Richmond. Where I visited with friends. Went on to Columbia SC, Northern GA, down I-75 and YES finally making it back home. Will be checking out the pic's over the next couple of days. Again a great time, hope to see all again soon, at another get together. Vyk

So glad you made it back safe and sound. Now that's what I call making the most of a meet. I love that kind of freedom. Sounds like you had a wonderful time.

Great trip, Vyk...can't wait for pics!! Good to see you in Mystic. For those who weren't at the Nor'Easter, Vyk won the award for Dirtiest Car. Well deserved after all that traveling.

Glad you're back home safe and sound. I wish I'd known you were coming through N. Ga. But at least you'll know the route here for the GGG.

At least we Florida folks got some representation.
Way to go, Vyk and welcome back.

I tell you what, those Florida folks can hang and don't mind driving thousands of miles to prove it. I'm going to have to make that run one of these days. Do you think the crabs would keep if I iced them down and drove non-stop?

They should if you pack them live instead of cooked. I've shipped lobsters two-day UPS and they've arrived in good shape. Crabs should do just as well if not better.

Sounds like a plan. I'm sure the S would never smell the same, though.

Vyk:
Good to meet you in Mystic, glad you made it home.

Might be time to replace tires, you must've put on 3/4k miles?

Any anectodal thoughts on your travels?
Speed, food, gas prices, service, encounters w/ the local constables?
Other?
