Exclamation The VW commercial

re: the VW ad where all the drivers are shouting through megaphones why they bought their car.

"I'm compensating for my shortcomings" is the final one.

So if there was a S2000 in the commercial, what would he be shouting?

Actually, I prefer the one where the woman taps the horn, and the very large fellow gets out of the pickup ahead of them and proceeds to rag on the big SUV (which looks suspiciously like an Escalade) behind them. HPH

Anything as long as it's not an elephant dancing.......... man, am tired of seeing the GE tv ad (and I watch very little tv).

The guy driving our car would say, "I got plenty of hugs from my Dad, and have no significant shortcomings, therefore I was smart enough to buy a great sports car for about 15,000 less than the other dorks on this commercial!!!" (or is that too long??)
