Looks like we're only getting a dusting, but my sister up in Maine will be shoveling again.

My sympathies to those getting snow.

Not looking forward to tomorrow's ride home. Supposed to get 8-12" during the day Wednesday, and another 4-8" overnight.

Storm warning has just been upgraded to a blizzard warning. All the schools have already cancelled classes for tomorrow. Gonna be a long ride home from work, 'cause you know industry marches forward. No way work will close. Put a shovel in the car so I can clear enough room at the end of the driveway to get the car off the road.

Too warm here - getting rain/t-storms today. Near 70. Then tomorrow will be 39. March can't get its lion/lamb straight.

I stand corrected, they closed the doors and kicked us out at 10:00.

That has only happened twice before in my 30 years there.

Update: Work is closed tomorrow too!

Crazy...confirmation today that in many places the last six months were the coldest in over 100 years!

Well, while there are a lot of reasons one might choose to not live in coastal southern California, for sure one of them isn't bad weather.

Bummer about the snow and cold elsewhere. We could use some precipitation here. The last rain was just a drop in the bucket, so to speak, toward the region's longer term norms.

Coldest January in Delaware in a century. 80's in Naples last few weeks. Not one of those places, which is why we are here.
