Parts of central Texas have received over 17" of rain so far, even before Patricia's moisture plume arrives. Another 8+ inches are expected today and all that water is headed to the coast. Lot's of road closures and high water rescues and it's not looking good for getting the F1 G.P. qualifying or race in this weekend.

King Tides are causing a lot of flooding in the area. A lot of streets are closed off and the beach erosion is terrible.

Hey, Scoots! I think I may have mentioned this before, but when I was working, every time I went to the Cleveland area for business it seems it was either overcast, raining, or snowing.

Dreary day here...remnants of the hurricane. Rainy and windy with a chance of a t-storm later. Upper 60s.
