I no longer walk like chimpanzee thanks to a year of pt and lots of tonic water.
I haven't had any problems for a while, but it was pretty bad for almost a month. I went to PT for a couple of weeks, which only made it worse, so I quit going.

How much gin do you have to put in it for that tonic water to be effective?

It works surprisingly well even without the gin. I will have to admit that at times of great distress, a little gin is awfully good with that tonic water. PT was grueling the first few months when the spasms were horrible. I came home 3x a week after therapy nauseated from the pain. The therapist worked for several months to get the knotted muscles to release and after a while it was much, much better. I now only have twinges now and then.
