I was snowblowing ice/snow today and hit a landscape brick. Entirely my fault but I wasn't expecting what happened. It hit so hard it broke the auger-clutch lever, you know the one you lift up to make them go. My first thought; damn I should not have been bragging how great this has been for 16 years. Told the wife to grab a shovel and the parts on order (that was the best part, thank you Honda for continuing to make it).

This is why you live there and I live here. What little snow/ice we had melted yesterday with the rain, never to return. We are now going into warmer weather. Come on spring!

No shear pins Dave?
As annoying as they are when they break, they are cheap and easy to replace.

Full Snow Moon coming up this weekend. It looked good last night and it was bright enough to throw shadows on the snow.

Dave, have your wife's horses started to shed their winter coats?

Only one now. She has been shedding since January. Our dog just started this week.

It's supposed to "feel like" 40+ degrees today. I made plans to walk in the woods with a friend. I just went out to tend to bird feeders. It doesn't feel that warm.
