^2-10-2021. Here she is on my headboard four days ago. I post photos of her and my other two cats in the Show Us Your Pets thread. She's a Bengal which is a man-made breed between an Asian Leopard cat and an a domestic cat so she has more aloofness than most house cats and hasother wild traits. I notice it the most in her lack of facial expressions. As I type this, she is blocking my view of my PC. She's affectionate and loves pets but is subdued about it with a very quiet purr. I didn't remember it until I saw some older photos of her in my files that she used to sit on my lap in CA when I was on my PC there and knead and suck on my nightgown. I had to place a thick towel between my skin an my nightgown to keep her fishhook claws from carving my thighs. She was quite a climber and hunter in CA but has only caught a baby rabbit since she's been in CO. She doesn't like it cold so she'll come in after a few minutes when my CO boy kitties are fine with the temperature.

Looks like a weather disaster for at least half the country, between low temps, snow/ice, winds, etc. We are in a lull right now with just rain. Had quite a bit of ice the past couple of days. It finally all melted last night. There is some kind of storm tomorrow/Fri but hard to tell if it will be much or not. So far our snowstorms have not been very significant. Next week looks like 50s. Yay...

We are in the rain area for tomorrow. Thankfully, it appears we will escape the ice.
Another cloudy, dreary day. No vitamin D options except by supplement.

I'm still done with winter.............

The sun is out and it's calm!

^2-15-2021. Low last night was -9*F but it's already 11*F by 9:40 AM.

^2-15-2021. Maury wanted to test it. You can see by his foot prints how he felt about his frozen feet. He made it about a minute before running back inside.

33* F and very cold rain here on the Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Freezing rain and snow expected later today. Biggest worry is ice and resulting power outages.

Just drove home in freezing rain. They said by 3 a.m. we should start getting snow at the rate of between 1 and 2 inches an hour. We shall see.

Unbelievable temps and weather near Memphis where the +1's daughter lives. Windchill of -10!!! Just awful. And they are getting another storm tomorrow. Jim and Mike are probably not faring too well, either.
