I took a walk here one day and found black ice on the asphalt road. Nope. Not risking a fall. I won't go now if the roads have any snow. We don't have sidewalks anywhere within miles.

Same here Scoots. Real glad I got my snow blower back yesterday. Last week we got about a foot or better. Of course my blower wouldn't start (carb was AFU). Tired of shoveling snow.

Winter storm warning extends from Ohio all the way to Corpus Christi, TX, although the warnings in the south seem to be more about freezing rain, ice, and (relatively) severe cold than snow.
