Almost as good as life in sandals and flip-flops.

I still enjoy the seasons but do miss driving the S. I've got some new warm weather driving moccasins ready and waiting for me.

It's cold currently 6 degrees. Expecting a high of 19 and low of 3 today. No snow.

Cold here at 9 degrees at 9am. At least there is some blue sky to be seen. Had 9 inches of snow yesterday, but all cleaned up now. The moon was bright in the sky last night. The S2 battery only needs about 20 minutes to full charge every week on the trickle charger. I'll probably watch more re runs and news about the America's Cup sailboat racing in New Zealand on Youtube. No racing today. The Brits have a perfect record so far. American Magic had a spectacular crash last week and are rebuilding their boat. Life in sandals and flip-flops seems so far away right now!

Snow flurries today. We in Michigan have had the least amount of snow so far this winter since 1932.

Great Lakes ice formation is almost non-existent too, first time in many years. Our average daily temp in winter months has been a fair bit higher than usual, I can't recall the number but something like 5 degrees warmer than average.

Wow you are really up there must be lake effect snow. I was thinking yesterday that even though it is cold the sun shining helps. I enjoyed the moonlight last night it was casting shadows off the other house on our property pretty cool.

Lots of lake effect snow potential here from Lake Ontario, especially with no ice on the lake so far. True of the other great lakes as well. So far this season there has been much less snow than usual as other posters have noted too. Couple of months left though!
