Feeling bad for those in the path of the storm and the flooding. Flooding is downright dangerous and most scary.

Meanwhile, we are still stuck in a most cloudy pattern. We may get rain tonight. Weekend forecast does not look like the sun will appear. This is like mushroom growing weather.

It's still warm and dry in Loveland, Colorado. The cool nights are wonderful and I'm happy to let in the cold night air and not need the AC during the day. I'm looking forward to the change that will come.

Showoff Patty!

Lainey- I'm playing golf up in Westchester NY tomorrow. 95%+ cloud cover all day, but no rain expected. 70 degrees and single digit wind speed. Acceptable, and really not too bad for golf.

At home, cloudy tomorrow, rain until next Wednesday, then a few days of sun.

Can they make it any clearer? Residents who refuse to evacuate told to write name on arm in permanent marker.

We continue our period of rainy weather. Today is from Helene. Nice tomorrow, then a wet few days after. Quite a change from our hot and dry summer.

The mayor of Asheville NC said it will be the worst flooding they have ever had. The town is in a valley and has two rivers nearby. Amazing what damage has been done so far from landfall.
