it felt cold last night and this morning, I went to bed with track pants and a sweater on me. Most of the summer I have not worn much clothing to bed. Tonight temps are going to be 7 degrees C

On my trip home from West Virginia last weekend I noticed a lot of trees turning yellow. It seems awful easy for that and I wondered if it had to due with the lack of rain.

Back to the 90s next week. Ugh…it has been very nice lately.

Gorgeous day here in MA. 80 ish, low humidity. Got a nice walk in at an Audubon site near the ocean and a small island close by. Chased shore birds with my camera.

We had a great day here too; mid=70's and humidy mid-50s.

Our old weather station has been gradually failing us so I picked up a new one from our local rural supplies company. Things have certainly changed with them since the last one we bought. We no longer have to go find the base station to see what the readings are, we have an app on our phone to use if we're within range of our home wifi, and Web access for when we're out of range. Now we can check our weather specifically at our property from anywhere in the world. All I have to do is not fall off a ladder installing the sensor array outside, it's currently sitting in the lounge since I'm not supposed to be, um, climbing ladders.
