We had some howling winds this morning while we got 2.17 inches of rain.
A high of 60 this morning and our low of the day is 47 which is our current temp.
Between the temps and the rain pretty much all of our snow disappeared.
i'm not exactly disappointed either. temps are going to drop tonight.

Snow is just about all gone now. We went from 3 feet of snow to a 65 degree day yesterday which ended in the 20's with snow falling but not much at all and 60 m.p.h. winds. In the 20's today.

No more snow in my 10 day forecast for Loveland, Colorado but I sure enjoyed it snowing all day on Monday. Two of my cats were out playing in it this morning, for a little while.

We, and lot of others, are headed for a very wet New Year's Day. Of the rain variety.

We are expecting a very messy storm tonight into tomorrow our local police/rescue dept. is asking that people please stay off the roads unless travel is essential. We are expecting 1-4 inches of rain and ice accumulations of a trace to two tenths of an inch. Glad I don't have to work tonight.

Geez, nobody cares about weather anymore. l guess there're more important things going on in the world than weather.

It snowed all of Saturday in Loveland, CO but it was light and only accumulated about two and a half inches. Today the sun came out but it's chilly tonight. My two male cats still love the snow and go out and romp in it as soon as I let them out in the morning. They usually will come in on their own when they finally get cold. If all else fails I get out DaBird and that's a sure way to get them to come in.

Patty, those pictures are beautiful. I especially like the shot of Buckhorn Creek. It almost makes me miss the snow...almost.
