I got out of bed and it is already 83° out. It is going to be another hot one today!

91 feels like 108. I did go to the gym this AM as the only way I can exercise right now is in AC. Asthma issue feels better today after a few hits of my inhaler. I went into the yard to tend to bird feeders and after that was done, I'm in the AC until after dinner. Maybe a top town ride to look for some shore birds....

Hiding in AC again today. The humidity is a killer....

It is in the lower eighties here and the air is very stagnant. We are expecting strong thunderstorms and rain this afternoon and for the next couple of days so figured I would get out while the sun is still shining. I was going to do some weeding but decided it’s too hot. The S has been sitting for a few days so went for a ride instead and soaked up some a/c,
