I got snow last night (3-24-2024). I had been in Colorado Springs at my sister's house and made it home by 5:30pm, just as it started snowing.

^3-24-2024. See those foot prints? My cat Maury, loves to go out in the snow. He snuck out while I was taking the picture. He stayed out for a half hour or so.

^3-25-2024. He wanted out again this morning. It was in the 20s. At least he's good about coming in when it's cold.

The soaking rain we got was most dreary, but way better than having to deal with snow. I'm over winter already!

We have had so many rainy, cloudy, gray days this past winter and now this spring, that I'm surprised I don't have to up my Vitamin D supplement. It's awful, it's gloomy and I could never live in Seattle or London where weather like this is the norm. We are supposed to see the sun on Saturday. Fingers crossed.

We have had roughly 16 ‘mud seasons’ this winter.

I really get tired of the dark days in Michigan. A relative who moved to TN told me he loved seeing so many sunny days after MI.

I’m hoping it doesn’t create more flooding. We were traveling up in northern Vt on Friday and all the fields look like lakes. One area was part of a snowmobile trail and I could see an inclined bridge that was about eighty percent covered in water.
