The weather forecast said that we would be getting either 3-6 inches or 6-12 inches so this is catching everybody off guard but there is only so much you can do when you get this much snow in a short amount of time.
Hopefully it is light like where Jerry is so it will be easy to move. I'm curious to see how this all plays out with all the new residents we have here. For one there is a lot more traffic on the road and another is that contractors have a lot more places to plow and shovel.

I love this kind of snow as it won't bring down branches which translates to no power loss.

We got the heavy wet cement like snow. Rick is outside dealing with it now. It appears the snow blower is handling it OK. Wonder how the new VT residents will handle your storm, Rob.

I guess I will find out. I'm wondering how many Tesla's I'm going to see off the road. Checking on facebook people are saying there are cars off the road all over. It's still coming down like crazy so I haven't ventured outside yet to start shoveling. Tell Rick to take it slow you guys are retired now no rush! A little tip for him, he may do this already, spray some wd-40 on the chute and blades of the snowblower it will help to keep the snow flowing through. I also spray my shovel with wd-40.

I want snow photos! robb, I wish you had a smart phone and took photos!

The sun's out here and it was 27 when I got up but it's warming up. My nextdoor neighbors are finally getting their shop built after two years of red tape BS. Poor guys are out there in this cold.

We only got between 2 and 3 inches. It stuck to the trees and makes a beautiful backdrop.

I think he does that. He didn't rush out there and didn't rush the job. He has a system. We end up with four cars in our driveway the night before a storm. Our three and our neighbor's. (He's in his 80's). Rick clears the neighbor's driveway first moves a couple of cars, works on the area those cars were in and so on. We don't have a huge area to pile up the snow. There is a grassy area between our driveway and the neighbor's and he (Rick) utilizes that.
Our son had issue with the heavy snow and his snow blower. He should have gone out earlier, in our opinion. Probably should have taken smaller cuts too. His neighbor helped him out with a bigger snow blower.

Lainey, how much snow have you gotten?

Fortunately, we have only gotten about 4 to 5 inches, I think.
