We had 50 plus mile an hour winds overnight with rain which changed over to a little bit of snow early this morning. Currently seventeen degrees and overcast with 40 m.p.h. winds. Snow is disappearing fast.

It was very windy in Loveland and Fort Collins, CO for the past five days. My trashcan even took flight and that's a heavy container, even when empty.

^2-27-2024. It blew out of the drainage ditch on the left, across the driveway and uphill to the other side. I was on a walk when it happened and the wind was almost making me trip, blowing my feet into each other with each step. I had to stop walking at times.

Very windy night. Now 32, feels like 27, it's cold! I've not ventured out today. No Y class to tempt me. So I've been puttering around. Renewed AAA membership, ordered meds, all the exciting things that retired people get to to on their own time.

Crazy weather happening. It got cold again the last few days lows in the teens and we are expecting to get into the 50’s again by Sunday and lower 60’s Monday and Tuesday.
I’ll be watching to see how much snow the Sierra’s get ‘they’ are saying could be up to 10 feet. Someone from that area commented that a lot of the older houses had front doors on the second floor due to all the snow they used to get.

Not a bad day today. A little warmer. We are headed into some warmer temps, but nothing but cloud and rain and gray skies.

I had it redone on Oct 3, 2020. They did a good job. It faces south so it's great to melt snow. I used the same company who reseals our HOA roads.

^10-3-2020. Just done.

Looks nice. Be careful not to do it too often as it can induce asphalt cracking if done too frequently.
