It doesn't bother me, as a matter of fact I like a good thunder storm. What does bother me is the doorbell camera is set off by the lightning which sends an alert to my phone which wakes me up. Damn technology!!!

We got hammered tonight. Somehow we did not lose power but its out all around us. 194,000 outages so far and the storm is still crossing MI.

We also got hammered last night. Many schools closed due to lose of power plus lots of roads closed due to flooding and power lines down.

Luck me I am in West Virginia where the same storm is passing thru right now!

We haven't gotten anything violent just poured buckets all last night.
We have two skylights in the loft area of our bedroom. When it is raining hard, you really hear it.

I picked a bad night to leave my windows open on the Jeep. Better than the sun roof, I guess.
