Hope everyone in Ohio is safe. We had a 10% chance of 2" hail and a 2% chance of a tornado. Thankfully all we got was rain.

+1.

Storms are back here again after a few days' respite. Just spent an hour in the wind and rain clearing drains up at the road intersection because the local council never get to it. Days like this I have to choose between more water coming onto my land (the road drains empty through our paddock drains) or cars aquaplaning into my hedge. Heard the siren for the local volunteer fire service go off 3 times in the last hour.

We are under another flood alert for Friday afternoon/ night. The last two we had proved to be nothing so hopefully this one will be the same. We were out on the roads today and a lot of them are very comprised already.

Vito is driving north to NJ as I post this. Pretty much in heavy t-storms the whole way. Ugh...

He made it but there were four wrecks, one right in front of him. People driving too fast in the rain.

A tornado was in one of our beach towns. It was a mild one and it is clearing up.

A city near Flint had baseball sized hail. Many cars were damaged.

Here's some low humidity!

It's cooling off.
