Been home three days now from Hawaii. One thing I love every trip there, is sitting on the deck, early in the morning, with a cup of coffee. Wearing shorts, of course.

Close to 90 degrees the last couple days, this morning my car advised me that roads may be icy . I went outside to adjust my screen door installation and I was being hit by snow and sleet. Yuck.

We've had low cloud cover, all the way down to fog at times, drizzle and intermittent light rain, in the 50's
Great day for the runners of the marathon.
For reasons I don't understand, I love this kind of weather. it just feels like home.
Maybe it's my genetics, lots of my ancestors were wasps, irish, scottish, welsh, swedes.
you know, home to miserable weather.

^4-17-2023. Had a high of 64° after a low of 52°. Humidity of 86% at 10:32 pm in Trabuco Canyon, CA. It was overcast and cloudy all day with 5 minutes of almost sunshine. I love variety but am happier in dry Colorado where I'll go home to tomorrow. The green here and wildflowers were delightful. Loveland Colorado trees and lilacs will become colorful in another month.

We are having lovely weather this week. Low humidity, breezes and not too hot.

We are under a fire warning, however.

I went out early to put some insurance documents into my vehicle, temps are close to freezing, it felt really cold , still having a hard time warming up since going out there. Hopefully this is the last cold day and it starts to warm up again.
