It's minus 21 now at midnight, they changed the forecast saying it will be minus -24 for most of the early morning hours.

No more Canadian jokes about our weather Rob, you are officially worse than us lol

There are a few stories of Americans coming across the Detroit-Windsor border in the summer months with skis mounted to the tops of their vehicles, I wouldn't normally believe such stories but my coworker seen it and spoke with such Americans when she lived in the Chatham ON area a few years back.

My son has the flu and needed a ride to an appointment. It was -9 when I left my house and my tires felt like hockey pucks

Woke up to -24 here, luckily the wind has subsided. Put more wood on the fire....I'm good.

In Calgary Alberta taxi drivers told me that they regularly drive on square tires after their vehicles sit over night in frigid temps, lol

We only got down to -13°F last night.
Already up to -3°F, I might have to look for some shorts.

5 degrees F right now this morning, kind of warm I guess , relatively speaking, I think the clouds kept the heat closer to the ground overnight. Not as bad as it could have been.
