Hmm. Sunday, October 26th, Loveland, Colorado (my deceased mother's birthday who died in Nov 2000) is predicted to get 6.4 inches of snow. I fly back from Orange County, CA to Denver on Monday. Wow! I was sitting on the beach today in Huntington Beach, California. I'm very happy that predictions are sort of accurate. I packed a warm down coat so when I get back to Colorado on Monday I can stand outside waiting for the shuttle to take me to my Honda Pilot in long-term indoor/covered parking. I'm also extremely happy that Ecel energy company came when I was flying to California, on Tuesday to re hook up the gas in my Loveland house so my cats don't freeze to death and I don't arrive home to broken water pipes.

We've have had some gorgeous top down days lately. We haven't gone too far, but it's been most enjoyable. The temps are dropping a bit as of Sunday. Just about a week of rain/cool weather coming in. Rick will get the oil changed on the P car next week. Almost time to put it to bed. If we get more nice weather the Honda is still available. It will be another month of so before he puts the snow tires on.

They mentioned that we may possibly get ice overnight Sunday into Monday, I like to take the S to work on sunday nights but think I won't press my luck.

Resisted as long as I could, but tonight had to turn the heat back on. I hate it!

I'm in California for the last of six nights. I will be back in Loveland, Colorado Monday night, with VERY cold air and I'm going to guess, around 9 inches of snow accumulation. While I've been in SoCal I went to Huntington Beach, Mount Palomar in my NSX, worked around the house and missed my three cats. I'm not crazy about below freezing temperatures but I'd much rather have that than a humid 85° to 100°. If it's cold out I can always get warm or I can go outside and I feel energized. When it's hot out I have to stay inside and crank the air and I'm grumpy as hell!

^10-22-2020. Huntington Beach, California. It was cool enough that I needed my fleece but I was very comfortable with that.

^10-23-2020. I hate what's happened to my view since I moved in March 2008. Soon those tumbleweeds down there will become new home roofs.

^10-24-2020. Trabuco Canyon, California. What we have here is a 70°, 261° spread. Much more California than Colorado weather.

^ 10-25-2020. My side deck in Loveland, Colorado sent ro me from my cat sitter, nextdoor neighbor, veterinarian college student. He's perfect for an animal babysitter;

^ 10-25-2020. It is 10:29 p.m. and the temperature outside is 59° after a high of 62°. Wow, a whole 3° spread in Trabuco Canyon, California.

^10-25-2020. Weather forecast for Loveland, Colorado. I could have stayed in California another day but I'd rather be with my kitties than with warmer air. I'm a proud cat lady!
