Cool and breezy last couple of days. I've been OK with that. Rain predicted was a no show. Had to water some plants (well Rick did). There is some heat coming in for the weekend. It will be cooler here as we are next to the coast. I'll take that! I'm not fond of 80+ degree temperatures.

It's warm for 1:30 AM.

Yeah, it says 74° at 1:27 but it's still that at 1:33 am, as I type. Lots of stars though with no moon up.

We're just a few days past the shortest day of the year, middle of Winter, and we hit 75 today. Flies and mosquitoes haven't died, and one of our cherry blossoms has already started, um, blossoming.

This is the view from my B-I-Ls condo at Lake Tahoe, taken one minute ago. Beautiful weather here, 78 later today. But the water is COLD!

The
Lake Tahoe area is beautiful. My daughter's M-I-L has a house on the CA side.

More than ten gallons. (How the heck would I know?) The lake is down but that’s usual in the summer and it’s huge, so the only way you can tell is at the edges, if more beach shows. Makes no difference to anyone.

well the lake is about 95 chevy tahoes deep, end to end of course, so it's a lot of water.
or 261 tahoes if you stacked top to bottom instead of end to end. but it's still the same amount of water.

Well, I was asking because other western lakes are dangerously low.
