Lots of rain snow melting. Big puddles. Flash freeze later. Winter. Sigh.

At 10 degrees and just snow here ....about a foot of light stuff.

Changed to snow around ten this morning and it's coming down pretty good.

oh wow it s messy out there. we got about 3/4" of sleet/snow slush that is now hardening up.
Went out with Barb and pushed it around for a while.
when did I get so old, fat and out out of shape?

Yeah this is P.I.T.A. snow. I just went and shoveled it's only a couple of inches but its like cement. And it took me about 45 minutes to get the ice off the WRX.

Rob, my neighbor, who went to Vermont last Sunday, came back yesterday, two days early, due to the impending storm. Guess he didn't want to chance driving in iffy conditions.

He probably would of been alright leaving tomorrow, things should be cleaned up by then but if he needed to travel anywhere today it would of been messy for him. They do a really good job on the roads here but sometimes it is just impossible to stay on top of it and today was one of those days from what I've heard. Lots of people driving around without the proper tires. I went up to Stratton this afternoon and there was a GTI in the ditch perfectly parrallel to the access road. Not sure how the guy managed that but it was perfectly parked in the ditch.
