We lived in Tallahassee for a couple years back in the 90s but we no longer know anyone in the area. It just seemed to be well out of the storm's path. Probably see a good bit of rain but that's all. We are hold up at a Best Western Plus that we like and sometimes stop off at on trips to central Florida. Unlike Jim, Dave, and a few others here, I am no longer up for those 10 hour drives if I can avoid them.

Funny, Jerry. But back when we lived in Jacksonville, I had several business meetings scheduled around the state that would take up most of a week. While at my first appointment, a hurricane shifted and was headed right for that location so I left early for my second meeting. I had no sooner arrived there when the storm track shifted and was headed straight for me again. On to my third appointment and, yes, it happened again. I went home and finally managed to shake the hurricane that seemed to be tailing me.

You aren't paranoid of a storm really is out to get you, right? That's life in Florida.

Temps here really cooled off for today, but back to 90ish tomorrow again. Looking like mid week will be in the 70s and some rain from Ida (?).

It’s great weather in the Four Corners, right now. It’s about 50F this morning, clear and sunny. Up to the mid 80s this afternoon.

It is raining like crazy here in Northern Ohio. We have had .94" of rain since 9:00am. It is currently raining at the rate of 3.97" per hour.

I think this is crazy and I can't imagine what it is like in Louisiana!
