There is a time and a place for everything and apparently he does NOT understand that.
Although, one has to give him credit for his "spacial judgement" calls when he was "lane splitting" he (I am assuming it was a male) got through some pretty tight spaces at speed and never touched a mirror on either side.
I have had a few interesting experiences while being driven through Poland on two lane highways that become four lane improvised highways with people driving in the shoulders. The young driver liked the horse power of the Impala SS but not the width. As the Plantpixie can attest too I generally don't get excited easily. But I have to say that I have had a few experiences as a passenger while in Poland that got my ATTENTION.

I think that today's VIDEO is cool because it captures both the cog rail way up to the summit of the Zugspitze (Germany's highest peak) as well as the cable car which is the other way up or down.
The cog railway literally enters a tunnel and winds it's way up under ground through the core of the Zugspitze with barely inches of clearance on either side of the rail cars. At the top the station is over a hundred meters below the surface and one takes an elevator to the surface.
The cable car ride down is the way to go. From the restaurant made famous in the James Bond films as the Head Quarters of Specture. The trip down is amazing. When one comes out of the cable car house into open air there is about a three thousand foot drop. Then the next thing that captures one's attention is the amount of stretch in the cables from one tower to the next tower (which is obvious in the opening scenes if one pays close attention) which is why I choose this video instead of some others that were in the fog. It is an amazing experience.
We did it in November of 1987. The two other couples that were in our cable car were from Italy. Both females immediately dropped to the floor of the cable car for the rest of the trip. They missed some amazing scenery.
Has anyone else done the Zugspitze? If so how did you go up and down? We took the train up and the cable car down. Which in my opinion is the best way to experience it.

For those of you that may not follow the Formula One World Championship Race series which is considered by many to be the pinnacle of motor sports racing. And it is the second most popular spectator sport in the world next to soccer.
The 2010 F1 season ended in Abu Dhabi at the world's first and so far only billion dollar race circuit. At that circuit at the Yas Marina Ferrari has built the world's largest in door theme park at the Yas Marina complex One of the features is the world's fastest roller coaster that hits 155 MPH.
The VIDEO that explains the coaster is here.
The video of Ferrari drivers Felippe Massa and Fernando Alonso riding the coaster can be seen by clicking http://www.latingossip.com/deportes/felipe...html#more-20081 ]HERE[/URL]
P.S. I apologize that the site will not let me post the link as an HTML link but at least it works.

The Danish Fleggard semi-nude commercial...
http://www.m2film.dk/fleggaard/trailer2.swf
This is considered the best commercial ever.
It was created by the Fleggard department store located just in the
border between Germany and Denmark (on the Danish side).
This store has everything you can imagine and all products are at least
30% less than retail.
It is in a tax free location and was created to avoid the astronomical
German taxes therefore driving the German government absolutely crazy.
Every single man in Denmark considered this commercial the best ever.
