I don't think that this VIDEO is cool, just amazing. How drunk or inept does one have to be to get involved in some of these "accidents"?

Matt, I have seen many similar videos from Russia that were posted on YouTube. I think that the accidents are a result of 1) The weather, 2) Driving incompetence and 3) The culture where accident blame is hard to prove without a GoPro, and 4) Driving incompetence (oh, I said that already!
