If it had been real.... I bet JG would have had one heck of a lawsuit against him by the salesman.... mental anguish...

I don't think it was meant to be real looking.... I mean.... who carries a sealed can of pop with them on a test drive.... and then the cup holder up high, and having it open and waiting?

Why would anyone who owned a Lambo do this?

Just a few days ago I spotted a youngster in his early 20's (his grandfather has mega $ bought it for his 18th b-day a couple years ago) driving his around here...snowing and temp at the time was 14.

Yeah, and he looked like he was REALLY enjoying himself. How I wish for a little bit of that kind of talent. I can barley sing in the shower.

Drifting on dirt roads is really a thrill. Probably the best experiences I ever had in the MG is really pushing it on dirt and mud roads.

Dirt roads in the Sunbeam were fun too. That Lambo had a 4wd advantage over MG's and Sunbeams. Bias ply tires were in back then.

Dlq Did you ever take your MG out on a lake and see how many times it could go round and round and round and round?

That was big sport in Minn but then again so is ice fishing.

Never had the MGs out on a lake but I raced a Toyota Corona MkII on the ice. A great sport and more fun than ice fishing - which we used to do.

When I think of ice fishing I will never for the experience of having just setup a two-person collapsible fishing shanty (tarp like material high enough to stand up in that was attached to a wooden floor). There was a wind gust and I was hanging on trying to dig my feet in before it was swept into open water. Thankfully the wind took a break and I was able to save it. I now use it for a storage shed.

Got any good Minn fishing stories?

This video is pretty cool. I admire the people with the minds to think of this stuff: Like tying water into a knot.
