I think that this classic VIDEO is pretty cool. It is humbling, and in a perfect world life on this tiny blue dot would be a lot different. However, when one considers the high illiteracy rates in many countries around the world, coupled with the lack of access to truthful information the day when everyone on earth realizes that we are "all in the same life raft" is regrettably far off. A nice message, Matt. Sadly, people are overrated. Something better will come along.

People have an amazing capacity for caring, love, affection, truth, honesty, creation, and cooperation. Sadly, they have an equal (or maybe even higher capacity?) for hate, abuse, lies, destruction, and disruptive disarray. Some days, it's hard to see the positive through all of the readily apparent negative. Don't give up, Matt. We get to choose every single day who we want to be and how we conduct ourselves.

I will drink to that thought. If you can't pronounce "dla zdrowia" (Polish for the toast: "To your health") say "nice driveway" with your best Polish or Russian accent impersonation, it sounds close enough.

This VIDEO seems a bit contrived but the message is pretty cool in my book. If only the so called "intelligent" species called homo sapiens could get along so well.

This is (IMHO) the coolest VIDEO that I have seen in a long time. When you have eight and a half minutes to watch it I suggest that you watch it in 720 P HD full screen with the sound turned on (or better yet, up).

It is a good example of just how violent travel into space is. I also suggest paying attention to the time clock (upper right hand corner at first then switches to the left hand corner) that the speedometer (in the upper right hand corner). I would jump at the opportunity to experience that type of acceleration. Hmmm, perhaps I should take up drag racing AA fuelers?

I think that this VIDEO is pretty cool and that some people probably think that it is "special affects" not "car control". What do you think?

Wonder how many cars paid the ultimate sacrifice for him to beat the record?

You want to see some car control?

Is this a future World Champion, Stig or Joie Chitwood?
