Good choice. I love Canada but I find it very expensive (did not use to be) and I find that crossing the border a pain in the ass. I think you done good. Others may not agree.
Thanks, Dave. Canada can be pricey, but the exchange rate helps. Even if we weren't traveling with kids, we're content with simple lunches in a pub vs the more expensive restaurants. I except to be dishing out $$ to visit the various tourist attractions, but that's OK. I'm quite happy with the rate I got for the apartment. Around $200.00 Canadian per day is a bargain. Heck a Hampton Inn in our area goes for at least $180.00/night.
