As we have only been on three cruises, I have to agree that Celebrity does cater to a more cultured clientele.

I have posted before that on our NCL cruise which was our second back in 2004 after our Celebrity experience we were quite disappointed with both the food and the service.

On the other hand, in October of 2009 we had the opportunity to take a cruise on Seabourn and now we are forever spoiled.
