Default Totally Surprising!

Earlier this month I ordered a little corner table from an online company in Reston, VA. I needed it to hold a small television that we wanted to place in our guest room. It had to be small and unobtrusive to fit in a small space. I ordered it with fingers crossed hoping it wouldn't be a piece of rickety trash and when it arrived, I was really nervous! However, we were totally surprised at the quality of the wood, the ease of assembly (every screw hole had metal sleeving) and the inclusion of a little wrench to help with assembly. The beechwood is thick and very nice and the table is quite sturdy, sleek and attractive. It fits perfectly where we wanted it and is more than sturdy enough to hold the tv. I felt so good about it, that I went online and gave a good review. This morning I got an email from the marketing director of the company thanking me for the review and offering me a $25 discount on the piece (and the cost was less than $100). I was amazed. Wow. I think I'll review everything I've ever bought online and see what happens.

Good news in the customer service department! Too many folks are quick to give a review but not enough give the review.

Glad you got a "bonus" for your review!

As we live about ten miles south of Reston, VA I am really curious what company you dealt with? If you would rather not post it here, please PM me.

Happy it worked out perfectly for you.

Customer service, so many companies have had to learn the hard way. The key to success in today's tough economic environment is customer service.
