Well I like building things lol Talented is subjective! But before college I bounced between electrical wiring (was very seasonal where I lived) and learning to build custom cabinets, which I really enjoyed doing and did through most of college as much as I could, so still like to be able to do that and of course NOT pay for someone else to do it!

Scoots, I think that is crazy expensive. This is the work light I love. I don't recall what it cost but I'm sure it was no more than 1/5th of that one. I looked for a long time on the internet to see if they are still making it but did not find it. Sorry.

The magnet is so strong I put duct tape on it. The hook is really handy at certain times. Like the magnet it can be positioned anywhere. Wow, is it ever bright. 50 LED lights. I've used it under, over and in the car. Nice long cord. The brand is SMART Electrician. Likely I got it at Menards. I went to help a guy work on his MG and he had one. I raced to the store to get one. It even has an outlet to plug in a tool at the end. In any case I would highly recommend something with this style over the pole type. I recall using the pole type decades ago and never like it.

I have a different brand but one just like that and I love it. My dad has used those types of lights for decades in his shop. But, I did find that the s2k hood is too narrow for it other than right up near the hinges, which still mostly gets the job done. But I typically have the hood raised vertical when working on it anyways.

Scoots, While highly desirable I can't get over the pricing of it but If you're thinking of a gift for Christmas I wouldn't turn it down.

I went with one of these
Amazon Amazon
it's basically the same money but a lot more flexible.

I have one of these
Amazon Amazon

and a two of these for general use.

You can't beat my Billy Goat Honda 5hp walk behind leaf blower for light and medium snow. Its similar to this.

It is just a wish. Nobody buys me tools because they know I am super particular.

I like this one because it uses the same batteries that all of my other Milwaukee tools use. I will wait until after Christmas and see if I can do better on the price.

well I go M12 nd M18.
In fact I did swing the home despot and get two M12 batteries
https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwauke...2412/203630471
looked like reasonable deal against all of the other "regular" price batteries.
