.... I guess when you don't look suspicious you have an easier time
Wearing the same shirt upon departure and return also helps you look 'familiar' to the TSA.....

Again, thanks to all the well-wishers, you guys are great. Speaking of great, how nice is it that Perky just left after coming to my office to buy me a birthday lunch. She has to take a train to get here and has quite a walk but still she came for her granny. We had a nice extended lunch and chewed the fat until we realized we had long since used up our lunch hour. Oh well, she's on her way back to work now after checking out my new credenzas (sorry no pictures this time) and should check in when she gets there. I have met some of the greatest people on this site. Most will be friends for life. You guys really are the best!

Wish I could have joined in on the "girls' lunch." for making the trip to see our Granny, Ms. P.

If you and Rick every venture into DC, lunch will be on me if you stop by. That goes for anybody visiting the area. Perky and I are right in the middle of all the action in town and I'm right across the street from the Convention Center.

Thanks, Granny.

We're just shy country folk. Well, not really shy, but we do shy away from big cities. We tend to get lost in the big city.

But here, you'll have your very own personal tour guides! DC is very tourist friendly and if all else fails, we'll just put you on the tour bus and wait for you to get back. It's really an interesting and exciting city and it's nice to see your tax dollars at work.
