Personally, I think people and corporations should be held liable for all internet breaches of data their terms agreements require.

Quite simply, if you collect it, you are responsible for it at the consumer level.

That's my opinion anyway.

How about B, C, D, and E.

Data protection seems to depend on who the custodian of the data is. For example, access to health care information is regulated more closely than a confession to a parish priest, as long as the custodian is a healthcare provider either directly or indirectly.
