Personally, I want to know as much as possible about who we elect.
I agree, that is why I put up the post in Politics about Sarah Palin.

Yeah, that's NEVER happened in the private sector! (And what planet have you been living on?)

Cordy, I HATE it when I agree with you but I do think that most people would repeat a "juicy" story they heard about someone famous whether it was a President, entertainer, sports figure or local celebrity. It's human nature for many (most?) people. Otherwise, there's no reason for the dozens of celebrity-watching type magazines and news rags at the grocery store check-out line! And I didn't actually take this as an attack on Clinton so much as just gossip about a famous person -- maybe I'm slipping.

Whatever happened to that paper constitution thingy...separation of church and state?

Here's a question to ponder. Can you be an awesome, blow the doors off, great for taxes, the environment, education, government reform, energy, health care, etc. President while at the same time sleeping around? I pose the question.
Well obviously Clinton never tried so we'll never know

I don't go into politics any more. Does your thread talk about how Palin said that she didn't need the corporate jet that the previous (Republican) governor had bought, and then sold it for a profit? Or about how she's already negotiated with the Russians and Canadians over fishing rights?

It's not that Daily Kos 1/2 truth about Creationism, is it?

Eyewitness? I'm hearing it from someone on the internet who says that his wife says that she heard someone at a party say that she has a friend who claims to be a big donor. What's not to believe?

I'm also not sure what's supposed to be scandalous about this. edit-- because I didn't read it closely enough. I missed the "sparks flew" part.
