third hand dish about Bill Clinton
My wife this past week was at "girl's poker night out", and they start talking about college friends. One of the girls--a very smart, very earthy girl--said that her girlfriend in college was now one of the top Obama donors. Interesting, but it gets better.
She was also a top donor for Bill Clinton. Apparently she was at a small function in Arkansas some years ago while Bill was still a governor. He showed up in the limo to give a quick speech, and the sparks flew. The top donor girlfriend hopped in the limo and sped off with Bill. Months later he would run for the presidency, and "donor girl" ended up spending the year in the Caribbean.
You may have heard this story before and I could tell you who the person was, but that would spoil all the fun. Remember, this comes from a girl who saw the whole thing first-hand.
PLEASE NOTE--I'm not trying to extend any of this story to Obama! He's just the reason why they started talking about the story. This is ancient dish about Bill.
OK, I feel like such a chick now, passing along this gossip.

Hell, a high school homeroom classmate of mine, Dave Rupert, was doing Hillary (when she was at Wellesley) who ultimately dumped him for Slick Willy. They were an item for almost three years. He says she left him because she wanted someone with more ambition. Dave is a senior VP with a large NYC real estate firm. LOL
