, even Costanza milked it for longer!

Ah well, at least my "Summer of Jonas" paraphrase stuck for a little while.

Better "luck" next year - hahaha (not that I want you to lose a job again).

Well, in reality, since this is a 10 week consulting gig, I could always take some time off in the fall (Fall of Jonas, anyone?)

Er.... I'll take that back. Sounds too ominous.

JonasM
Good luck with your consulting gig.

That was a good one.

Autumn of Jonas ? Exactly what I did last autumn....double dipped for about 2 months and went downunder during that time; took another 6-8 weeks until my current 'real job' started

PS: The minor rub about consulting: You have to WORK again afterwards before you would be able to collect unemployment pay In Peeay, you have to work at another job long enough to earn about $3000....then you can re-qualify as a peon and get laid off

Just FYI - I heard that phrase "Summer of Jonas" 3 times before someone mentioned what it meant. Sorry, I was never a regular Siefeld watcher.
I just thought it was a catchy phrase.

JonasM
I don't know what you're talking about, Jonas. I never watched Sienfeld either. I thought it was just about your vacation too.
