Don't remember what form it was but all I remember about it when I took it many moons ago was feeling like I'd had multiple orgasms afterwards and the wax in my ears kept moving for hours. It was truly amazing and I still don't understand what happened, all I know is I couldn't wait to get back to the next class.
I'll be curious to hear your reports after you start.

Then I guess it was good for you?
Seriously though, seems we keep our chi from flowing with our stressful lives and tensions we carry, like in our shoulders and stuff, and something about those slow, deliberate movements release it so it can flow throughout our body freely. I could feel it surging or coursing throughout my entire body after about a half hour. I never got that with all the exercising I used to do. Hummmmm, now that I think about it, maybe I need to go back. Hey Val........
