I mean, what is the extension on the file name. The three letters after the dot. The album can handle JPEG (jpg), GIF and PNG formats. If it is in a different format, you must open it with whatever photo software you have, and then save a copy as one of these 3 file types, and upload that version.

Hmmm... I'm not sure what the file size limit is, but you might check that. Otherwise, I think that jpg is a format with several slightly different variants that are generally but not always absolutely compatable. You might try saving a gif version and uploading that.

Thanks Dallas....I think it may be the operator. I've never downloaded pics in her from my computer and I'm sure it's probably something simple that I'm doing wrong. Thanks anyways.
