Need to make the run from Dallas to Fredericksburg in late March or early April. The Blue Bonnets, Mexican Hats, Paintbrushes etc are all in bloom.
They even grow on the median of the I35 and I45 interstates south of Dallas. They will not mow until the flowering is over. We need to thank Lady Bird for having all this planted so we can enjoy every year.

Nice photos, the Mill photo

When driving on the parkway, I struggle with wanting to stop and take photos or keep on driving as it's so much fun.

I am working on mounting a camera to my Roll bar and using a remote to snap photos.

I just bought this clamp on camera mount. It clamps onto the window. I haven't had a chance to try it yet. I will as soon as it gets warm.

I wanted to be able to clamp my video camera to the aeroscreen, but I think there might be too much vibration. I'm going to try it on the passenger window.

I got it from B & H Photo in NYC. I bought it over the internet www.bhphotovideo.com I think. About $27.00 and shipping.
