Depends, Gene. Saturday lunch will probably be at a diner in Frederick (on the drive). Figure a small "splurge" isn't a bad thing (and you really don't have to do the wine pairings, and I haven't made arrangements with the banquet director yet to see what price range we're talking.....so.....stay tuned
