You have a valid point but dinner could be as late as 6:30 or 7:00pm. Only reason this came up is the place I wanted to do dinner only has room for 30 people on Friday.

LOL you call 6:30 a late dinner? We're flexible. You are speaking of the "banquet" correct, not a fancy Ken Friday night dinner? Is it the same place as last time? We did have a lovely dinner there. BTW, did you mean the place you wanted to do dinner only has room for 30 people on Saturday or the place you wanted to do a Friday dinner has limited space. I'm confused...

Matt, Ken, and Scoots. It has definitely been a long while. Our last S2000 meet was Hagerstown, MD in 2012 in the MG. We drove the Audi to a S2000 meet in Lexington, KY in 2009 and the Cranberry meet in 2010. Our last two meets actually driving the S2000 was Mid-Ohio and Seven Springs in 2008.

There are roughly 30 of us. Isabella can only host a group of around 30 on Friday night, they have no space on Saturday. (I approached them in January and they didn't have space then but said to check back, I checked, no change...still no space on Saturday). I guess it's a good position to be in if you're booked 5 or 6 months in advance. How about if we just make reservations on our own at Isabella on Friday night? That way we can have the banquet on Saturday as normal.
