Plans are underway for SF '10 to be held in Cranberry Twp. PA which is 13 miles North of Pittsburgh.

Location: Marriott Pittsburgh North - Cranberry Twp.
Room cost $109.00 per night and includes breakfast.

Spring Fling 2010 will be held May 21st, 22nd, 23rd 2010, in Cranberry Twp. Pennsylvania. The following information and pricing is subject to change.

Hotel Accommodations: Room Rate $109.00 per night for 2, which includes Buffet Breakfast for two.

There will be a secure roped off area for our cars for the weekend.

There will be a hose available for car washing

Friday Check In: There will be a hospitality room available from 5P to 11P at the hotel for check in. At this time you will receive your Polo Shirt and/or Magnet (if ordered), your nametags, the drive information, and any other information for the weekend. This room will also serve as a meet & greet room Friday evening for anybody that wants to hang out.

If interested anyone coming in on Thursday or Friday I will have a list of destinations for you to visit in Pittsburgh, just bring your GPS.

Friday Dinner: Cranberry Twp. offers tons of restaurants. Arrangements will be forthcoming.

Saturday Buffet Breakfast at hotel: 6:00AM-10:00AM for drivers or 6:00AM- 11:00AM for non-drivers. Included in room rate.

Saturday Drive: Three-Hour drive to start at 10AM. Groups to be determined later.

Saturday Night Dinner will be Hoot and Holler Hoedown held in one of Allegheny counties county parks. We have reserved an indoor facility in case of inclement weather. A local caterer will be preparing Bar BQ Chicken, Ribs, Hamburgers and lots more on site. Veggie burgers will be available with advance notice. Beer/Wine is included as well as soft drinks, water and dessert. Private parking is also available. COST: $30.00 per person payable at registration.

Saturday Night Party: In the park, with DJ and fun games.

Saturday Night Pool Party: Cocoon 3 - Revenge of the Vintagers!

Sunday Buffet Breakfast at hotel: 6:00AM to 11:00AM. Included in room rate.

Well, as much as we did NOT enjoy the ride to PA in 2008 I think we are going to go for this again. We have a family obligation early in May. This weekend will work for us.
