TWO IMPORTANT NOTICES!!
1. A couple of you have indicated you may have to cancel at the last minute. I've already posted that you will lose your one-night deposit, unless it is for medical reasons, in which case they may cut you some slack. I have to give Wintergreen the firm number for the banquet 72 hours in advance, which means by next Wed. So if you are cancelling, please do so before then, because there will be a per person charge for any no shows or cancellations for the banquet after Wed. Thanks.
2. I am eliminating the two-hour drive group. Not enough takers and the three-hour drive ends up near Wintergreen after two hours (according to Val). So you can break off at that point if you want. Therefore, we now have Matt, Roy and Ken, with about 12-13 cars per group, which I hope is manageable. Each group will have a caboose, as usual, to help keep order.
