Default Soooo, I don't get it

Bush Bashing is OK but you can't say anything bad about Obama even if it is just reporting the news?

I posted 2 links to "issues" that the Great Obama is going thru right now and within minutes the thread was removed. Not moved to political or responded to with an explanation and locked, but removed.

What gives? I thought it was funny!!

Threads weren't removed. The Obama one was moved to politics.

I don't think you can access Vintage Politics as a guest.

It didn't show moved and many other news posts have survived the "polical thread of death"

So just because it paints Obama in less than a positive manner it's politics?

Hmmmmmmmm

It was moved to Politics as it was clearly political in nature. You seem to have a great deal of difficulty grasping that concept.
Secondly, the "tiny url" links you provided led to some totally unrelated site, which rendered the post useless.

I have great difficulty grasping the fact that many other posts have survived the political nature just by being in the news.

I posted this one cause I thought it was funny.

Come on even you'd have to admit that Jesse Jackson wanting to cut Obama's balls off is funny!

And yet in the past with those posts you didn't find particularly funny, you've requested that they be moved to the Politics sub-forum.

Actually, I couldn't care less.

I looked at the post over in the Politcs forum. It didn't seem funny to me -- just a couple of broken links.

I suggest that if Wildncrazy wishes to edit it and fix the links, he should buy a membership so he can visit the Politics forum.

It does seem to me that some political topics remain in the main forum, but I think I have figured out the rationale. If a topic is partisan, it gets moved. If it is non-partisan (even though it may have a political component), it tends to stay here.

I can't speak for Jim, but that's generally the criteria I use.
