And just 355 total? It's good to know the bulk of them were Berlina but I wonder about the fitment on that whole run. Lovingly assembled or just finishing out the line?

I've only seen 1 '09 - hardly a representative sample - but it was as good a fitment as most

Please feel free to amend that answer. Barb seems to think we need an '09 to go with our '00.

OK!

The '09 fitment was done with loving care as the crew KNEW they were at the end of an era. The '09 I saw was so far superior to any other S I've ever seen, you'd swear it was a different car. Just stunning, and not a bumper seam out of line, anywhere!

Hope that helps!

At 12 minutes past 11 this morning the date/time was 8-9-10 11:12.

On a completely unrelated note today was the anniversary of the bombing of Nagasaki. This marks 65 years with no country nuking another. I applaud the restraint and good sense of all the nuclear powers on this achievement.

That is all.
And in a couple of months we'll have 10-10-10, 10:10 AM or PM...

The fitment on my '09 is as good if not better than my long gone '06.

The bartender/waitress in a pub I sometimes eat lunch at is getting married in Las Vegas on 9 Oct. Apparently all of the wedding chapels are booked on 10-10-10 especially at 10:10 and 22:10 so they had to settle for the 9th.
