Yes, yes. It's all very serious and I get that. But doesn't it just strike you as funny that he's going to a NUN's cloister??? Why not a monk's monastery? It just struck me as ironic and funny.

I have to say that this does seem strange. I can only think they will be better at taking care of him in his declining health. I was a little stunned at his resignation and thought all Popes served until death. I suppose even being the Pope comes with its frustration, particularly since the Church is apparently in decline.
