But you've got to take it out of the garage to get sun burnt.

One of the guys in the New Orleans Krewe has one of those. It is really REALLY easy to install and remove, and since it is a fairly light fabric it folds or rolls up into a very compact package. It isn't as stylish as the oem boot but if protecting your top is your main concern it does the job.
I've often thought of ordering one of those. It is the same type of cover I used on my MG back in the day and was quite easy to use and store. I'll have to put it on my wish list for now.

My only compaint with honda on the design of the car was the absence of a proper tonneau cover.
anybody who owned a british car from the sixties knows what I'm talking about.

I used to love to leave it in place but drop the drivers side and go for rides at night when it was really cool out.
The cover would keep your body warm but you still go the top down experience.

Hey, watch it bub, once I broke a nail fooling with those little buttons that drove me crazy, that thing was history. I'm sure it's somewhere in the garage though.

You simply speak what YOU think. I speak what I think and I'll have no part of the oem tonneau cover as I said. I believe I was clear in my comments regarding my feelings.

I had a tonneau cover for my 78 Spitfire as well as the boot cover. On cool days it was fantastic to drive around with just the driver side opened. A lot of the heat was kept in around your body. I am not sure this would be appropriate for the "S" though. all the snap button studs screwed to the body looks authentic on a classic British but an "S" is a much too refined. I think I will be satisfied with an OEM boot cover. Since almost everyone doesn't seem to use theirs it should not be too hard to find a "soft top cover thingy" in someone's garage. Who wants to sell theirs?
