I have used the boot cover in many years.
The soft top has worn very well, though I don't put the top up very often.
When the top is up for car non-use - like winter storage, I undo the latches to take the stretch off off the top.

I use mine every time the top is down, except when the hardtop is on.

I have used mine nearly every time the top is down- except when I've been out somewhere with the top up and then decided to put it down. Gives the car a much more finished look IMO.

The boot is all important. I leave it on all the time. It is good for protection and it looks good. Gives it a smoother look. Keeps the dirt and dust out. They are about 100 bucks and they do get easy and quick to put on after you learn the trick.

Used it once. It's in the basement.

It's just a PIA to deal with. We don't leave the top down when the car is unattended. Not so much worried about thieves, but I have seen what a mess birds flying by can make on a vehicle with the top down.

The boot is super easy to put on, for all of you saying it isnt all you have to do is try it a few more times. I showed Ellen last year at Ericks how easy it was to do. Takes all of maybe 30 seconds.

In addition, I have seen people do all sorts of nasty things (I won't go into detail) to convertibles. I don't know if it's jealousy, or they are just *ssholes, or both. I've basically learned to not put anything past people, so my top is up if I'm not in the car, unless it's sitting in my garage.

Also, I can't use the top down/up while moving mod with the cover on.
